1. About EPDM.BG

EPDM.BG is operated as an authorised dealer of Carlisle Construction Materials, distributing EPDM, TPO, liquid waterproofing and accessory products across Bulgaria. By placing an order through this website you accept the terms set out below.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Bulgarian lev (BGN) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices, availability and technical specifications may change without notice. An order becomes binding only after we confirm it by email; we may cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud, with a full refund of any amount already paid.

3. Payment

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer once payment has been received in full. Trade accounts with agreed payment terms are available on request to mail@epdm.bg.

4. Product information and warranties

Product datasheets, warranties and installation guides are provided by Carlisle Construction Materials and its brand owners (HERTALAN®, RESITRIX®, LIQUISEAL®, SURE-SEAL®, SURE-WELD®, ALUTRIX®, HARDCAST®). System warranties are subject to correct specification and installation by a competent contractor.

5. Liability

EPDM.BG is liable for direct damages caused by our fault up to the value of the order concerned. We are not liable for consequential losses, loss of profit, or damages arising from incorrect installation, incompatible substrates or use outside the manufacturer's stated scope.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before the competent courts of Sofia.
