1. Who we are
EPDM.BG ("we", "us") is the controller of personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at mail@epdm.bg for any privacy matter.
2. What we collect
We collect the data you provide when placing an order or contacting us (name, company, email, phone, delivery address, VAT number) and technical data automatically generated by your visit (IP address, browser, pages viewed, cart contents).
3. How we use it
We use your data to process orders, arrange delivery, issue invoices, provide technical support and — where you have opted in — send occasional product updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Sharing
We share the minimum data required with payment processors, courier and pallet-delivery partners, our accounting provider and the tax authorities. Where relevant to a warranty claim we may share order data with Carlisle Construction Materials.
5. Retention
Order and invoice data is kept for the periods required by Bulgarian tax law (currently 10 years). Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you may access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to processing. To exercise these rights write to mail@epdm.bg. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
