Shipping & Refunds

1. Delivery areas
We ship across Bulgaria by courier and pallet freight. Deliveries to EU destinations can be arranged on request — contact mail@epdm.bg for a quote.
2. Lead times
Stocked items are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation. Made-to-order membranes and system components ship in 5–15 business days depending on the manufacturer's schedule. You will receive a tracking link once the shipment leaves our warehouse.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, volume and destination. Pallet deliveries require ground-floor access; extra charges may apply for tail-lift, hand-unload or restricted-access sites.
4. Damaged or missing goods
Please inspect all pallets and packages on delivery. Note any visible damage or shortage on the courier's paperwork and email photos to mail@epdm.bg within 48 hours so we can raise a claim on your behalf.
5. Returns and refunds
Unopened, resaleable stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery — return shipping is at the buyer's cost and a 15% restocking fee applies. Cut-to-length membranes, opened adhesive kits and specially ordered products are non-returnable unless faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
6. Warranty claims
Manufacturer warranty claims are handled directly with Carlisle Construction Materials with our support. Please keep your invoice and installation records — email mail@epdm.bg to open a claim.
